About
My name is Danielle May and I am a senior at Pace University undergoing a combined degree master’s program in Media and Communications Arts with a concentration in Public Relations. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, being that I’ve been playing sports since I was very little. During my time at Pace I have been a part of both the women’s soccer and softball teams, before retiring after the end of my junior year. I have become very knowledgable within the fitness and nutrition field as maintaining healthy has always been important tome. While playing sports, I’ve realized the complexity of looking good but not feeling good. Sometimes people forget that although someone may look healthy and fit, they don’t have a positive mindset. Mental health is a huge stigma and this blog will focus on improving the overall health for our readers: mind, body and soul.
“Push harder than yesterday if you want a different tomorrow.”
Good Health Therapy will provide both fitness and nutritional guidance for our beginners and fitness gurus looking to make changes in their overall health. I want to be someone who can uplift a person’s spirits and make the idea of fitness seem fun and exciting. To our readers coming along this journey, be a visionary.
